Copying an email into a spreadsheet, the spreadsheet into the system, an invoice into the charges. A machine does that better and faster. People decide, negotiate and take care of the customer.

AI has to be inside, not on the side.
A chat bolted onto an old system changes nothing. We design the software so the AI reads every quote, job and invoice, acts with each person’s permissions and leaves a trail of everything.

Autonomy is earned by degrees.
First it assists. Then it proposes and a person confirms. Once it has proven itself, it acts on its own on what is internal and reversible. Anything that reaches a customer or gets invoiced always asks for confirmation.

Who we are
We were born inside a forwarder.
Logtech didn’t start as a software company. It started in the day-to-day operation of a freight forwarder, asking why every shipment took so many hours of copying, checking and notifying.
Everything we build came from there: every screen, pricing rule and automation solves something that actually happened, across ocean, air, road and courier imports and exports. Today we work with forwarders in four countries, with no custom projects and no months-long implementations.
We measure ourselves by one thing: how much an operation can grow without the work growing with it.
